Yesterday morning (work time) I asked my boss to let me have today Wednesday off. Sleep has been worse for me lately. With #sleep being only a few minutes, twice a day if I'm lucky. I've survived but it can only keep happening for so long. I made the right call because around 4PM I was no longer very functional.
After work I managed to sleep about 3 hours. 😐 I guess I can call that an improvement. 🤷♀️
I don't have to work today. Maybe now my brain can relax and get better sleep.
