Orange cats! Good for the soul, bad for the back! 😂
#Cats, technically a #Selfie though I very much am not the point

The gay desire to make a button up shirt out of the loudest print fabric you can possibly lay your eyes on
A handful of years ago, while visiting a plant nursery. I want to go again but it's winter
Finished the skirt (or petticoat, as it was called in the 18th century) late last night but waited until light (such as it is) to document it. Was half of an old duvet cover, now is a house skirt!
Worn here on top of everything else I was wearing, so it looks a bit more voluminous than it really is. 😄 The front pleats came out really nice!
And if you've never seen a skirt like this: 18th century petticoats are sewn onto two bits of waistband or ties and are tied to the front and then to the back. This makes them incredibly adjustable and quite comfy!
Just because I was thinking about it - you do know every single piece of clothing you wear was made by human hands, right?
Currently there exists only a handful of garment manufacture processes that can be done by robots, and very few that it's not cheaper to have some underprivileged human do it instead.
Every single stitch that puts together one fabric piece to another, though? Put there by a human with human hands, every time. We should pay them!
Note: "every single" used here for emphasis and more colloquially than with absolute certainty, because technically your socks will have been made using different knitting machines, that generally still need humans to operate them, and often to do hand finishing, depending on the type. I don't know the type of socks you wear or how they were made, you might have robot socks though it's very unlikely.
Still.
Important news about a triplecat occurrence in the region!
The boys clumped up on my lap again. Even one of them is quite hefty, all three at once is a lot of cat.
The working conditions are soft and unbothered this late night
