I feel the fact that #Bluesky is connected to Steve Bannon and Russian state media and cryptobros should be bigger news.

But it's not.

If you search "Bluesky" using a search engine like DuckDuckGo, you'll come across results like "Here's What To Know About Bluesky" (NBC) or "X users jump to Bluesky - but what is it and who owns it" (BBC). One would think the aforementioned connections would be relevant info in a piece like that.

The omission is glaring.

@RVLara23 I don't have an opinion on the Kelce brothers as individuals one way or another, but since he's on my fantasy team (McCaskey Accountability Project), it would be nice if Travis went back to being an actual TE instead of a glorified blocker who only touches the ball once or twice in a game.

@FlashMobOfOne I think I remember cannon getting blown up. That stupid cannon had to have been more trouble than it was worth - it caused controversy because it was supposedly pointed at the Multicultural Center - and the KAs were either too dumb or too stubborn (or both) to get rid of it.

They'll deny it until they're blue in the face, but "the Southern fraternity" has documented ties to the KKK.

@FlashMobOfOne I remember when I was a freshman at Mizzou, it seemed like almost every week there was a story in the Maneater about bad things happening (usually to women) in the frats. The pledge theme for one of those frats that year was "Defining the Gentleman." This was over two decades ago, and I can still picture the damn t-shirt.

A student died at one of their parties.

Dead Poets Society meets The Ring? That's sort of the impression I'm getting two thirds of the way through The White Devil by Justin Evans. Christian Coulson, the audiobook narrator, deserves credit for effortlessly (I think) slipping back and forth between a variety of accents. I can't imagine that's easy to do.

@WarnerCrocker The other day, I heard someone on the radio casually mention that if elected, Trump will likely get two more SCOTUS nominations. It took a little bit for me to process that, partly because HOLY SHIT nobody is talking about it.

EVERYBODY should be talking about it. Shouting it from the rooftops. It should be Issue Number One (for the next 132 days, anyway), ahead of the economy, guns, Israel, Russia, climate change, etc. 🚨 🚨 🚨
