When I make biscuits, I do 1 tbsp vinegar and enough milk to make a cup (in whatever proportion you need from there for the recipe). Works well enough for us, as we never have buttermilk on hand in wet or dry form.

Good grief organ is a physically demanding instrument to master.

@Mrfunkedude I find the default Mastodon apps to be virtually unusable for me at least half the time I try. I almost exclusively use Semaphore or Elk on a desktop these days. There have been times I've only gotten two posts to load on the default.

Yesterday, they had tended wounds.
Last week, they held tight the kite string at the beach.
Last year, they wore a ring, now stowed away.
