Finally made some use of my brother in law's food saver he left us

Going no-wrap from 150 degrees F to get it up to 175 degrees F with basting with honey every 20 minutes

Triumph

Out of basting liquid and stalled at 165f. Wrapping and dropping it in the oven at 250f and it should hit 175 in an hour.
