Thinking a bit more about this whole Greenland thing...

It is clearly something done by Trump to threaten and bully European nations. Probably on the behalf of a certain Vladimir P. in Moscow.

The nighmare scenario -- unless the US Armed Forces grow a spine and tell Trump to go and eff himself -- would be a move on Greenland (which would raise all kinds of interesting question w/Canada) while, at the same time, Putin makes a move on Poland and the Baltics.

And don't misunderstand me: attacking Poland and the Baltics is clearly what Putin is going to do next, especially if Trump forces Ukraine to sign peace.

I have it on good authority that at least one major European nation is planning for war within the next two years.

The EU needs to get off its ass now, and start by putting the obvious Russian collaborators behind bars.

The whole Greenland thing just got a lot funnier:

All right, here is an interesting issue...

Running #OpenBSD on #Slackware 15 using qemu 9.0.3 - the existing VM (OpenBSD 7.3, updated all the way to 7.6) works without a hitch.

When I try to install OpenBSD 7.6 'from scratch' the installation procedure completes but the new VM crashes with a very cryptic:

Booting from Hard Disk...
Using drive 0, partition 3.
Loading......
ERR M

And that's it. No ddb, no error message, nothing.
