    I’m worried about my son. he spends hours watching vertical videos of Subway Surfers, Hielke’s parkour maps and other proprietary games. he could watch like 4 of them playing at the same time. i don’t believe that’s good for him. is there any brainrot content creator using footage of FOSS games like SuperTuxKart or some Minetest parkour maps that I could show to my son so that he would grow up a better person?

    Soapbox has this workaround as well, it was made before Mitra implemented /api/v1/apps.

    my favorite was Soapbox, but its developer quit Fediverse (there is now a fork called Mangane)

    I don’t think Mangane would care about implementing Mitra-specific features. I tried to improve compatibility with Mitra in my fork of Soapbox (it needs a better name) but didn’t really test it

    Mitra and Soapbox display cryptocurrency addresses from profile metadata in a fancy way if labeled in a format like $BTC, so a frontend implementation might be enough

    Tumblr will likely get ActivityPub support as a side-effect of the migration to WordPress but the way Meta just put Tumblr on the picture without mentioning that it doesn’t actually federate is hilarious and feels like AI-generated nonsense

    Sean's blog. @swf worked for me yesterday. Or maybe I was browsing it on a phone, I don't remember.

    Now the /@swf link redirects to the homepage, which is unintuitive and there's no call to follow it from your Fediverse server. This made some people think the only social-ish presence of SWF is on Threads and Twitter.
