I feel lucky that I can see, and smell, this bunch of unruly sea lions on my way to work and here is a video of them TUMBLING into the water

Super interesting fellowship for people who have been displaced and forced to migrate. The Migration + Tech Monitor is looking for fellows with lived experience to work on pressing issues in these topics. Stipend is U$30 000 for 12 months
@Verso Maangchi’s!
The Penguin is the first DC series I like, and also the first one in which I can see anything at all (they seem to have found lights, which is great)
@pagrus oh I copied it from the article
@ellie oh no, one more dykey hobby to pick up
One time I was telling a friend I felt like I was picking up more dykey sports and she said ‘stand up paddle boating??’ So I also have to investigate that
Byking, hyking, dyking
I guess the name is taken! Byking and dyking
@lawrencerillera I didn’t know!
@CavedaleRhones oh :/ maybe Byking and Dyking
At some point I want to do videos about cycling and call it Dykes On Bykes
@noricenolife I love everything from refika
I’ve decided that one of my favorite restaurants in the whole of the Bay Area is Moo Bong Ri in Oakland.
Excellent Korean fried chicken, the rice cakes are excellent, every dish with any type of soup is excellent.
Just an all around great place and also cheaper than any Korean food in San Francisco. (Although I am also very fond of Muguboka in SF)
@Moss thanks for sharing. I’ve literally never heard it before. Unboosted
@APBBlue I did porchetta last year. It was glorious
@skye yeah I just recommend the rice cooker cos you can put everything in one pot and walk away and really just eat from it through the day. I see it less as a cooking method and more of a depression cooking technique for me
@skye I would recommend getting a tiny rice cooker, and just doing rice topped with leafy veg and anything you want.

@skye rice paper rolls are easy and shelf stable and cheap, should be easy to get in Germany as well
Fill it with anything you want
No need to cook, but you can also pan fry it

@aud sort of the modern version: https://www.rivbike.com/products/lugged-roadini
Also check out the bikes on bluelug.com. Japanese store but the brands they carry will give you a good sense of what to look for locally!
@aud I like the closeup here https://www.renehersecycles.com/1995-rivendell-turning-the-tide/
