Too young for my childhood, but it does say: "Never Smile at a Crocodile/Crocodile Rock · Normie Rowe · Frank Churchill · Jack Lawrence · Elton John · Bernie Taupin One ℗ 1989 Australian Broadcasting Corporation Released on: 1989-07-01" which might help your search.
Oh but wait! The manufacturer offers a discount card that covers up to 15k per month, but you need to sign up with them before its prescribed, otherwise you have to pay out of pocket for the first month. Also if you switch between private (job based) insurance and public (buy it off the exchange or get it from the government) insurance then you have to re-sign up. Why doesn't the manufacturer just sell it for the lesser amount? Because insurance will pay the higher!
It's called a turbinate reduction. In my case they basically Dremel'd out a bunch of cartilage making the interior of my nasal cavity larger. My Mom had a similar surgery done in Portugal, but instead of a tool they used acid (no nerve endings in there).
First they put me on every drug known to science to see if the soft tissue was swollen, and it was only after a month or so did they admit it was a cartilage issue. Warning, now I can get sinus infections (worth it!).
I'm lucky to have not had a bad case. I hope you feel better soon.
What's amusing(?) is that unbeknownst to me I basically didn't have a sense of smell until I had surgery in my early 30s. I thought smells were just that subtle. Post surgery my world opened up. The idea that you could eat things and actually determine ingredients was no longer fantasy. That made losing my sense of smell my second worst fear of Covid after dying, so when it comes back, enjoy the hell out of it 😁
