Got to pick up some old DVDs from my dad, some classics such as Inner space, Short Circuit, Serial Mom, Lawnmower Man and a bunch of Mel Brooks classics. I'm in full ripping mode now to fill up the Plex library

@ShaulaEvans Education is where you teach facts, history and common sense. Indoctrination is where you teach ideology, imprint your beliefs onto others and forces biases, bigotry and personal world views as facts.

I reckon that the US will start the next pandemic.

We just watched the remake of Strul (1988), it was actually hilarious and we enjoyed it very much. The kids stayed for the whole film, which is a great review

@intheseheels Currently rocking PSVR2 since I've got a PS5. But I can recommend Meta Quest 2 or 3.

Just got another hour and a half out of #7thGuestVR, it's such a cozy game! I remember this game scared the crap out of me in '93, but now it's more like an interactive museum. The puzzles are easier and more slidey-slidey than before, so if you've got a VR headset go ahead and buy the game!

...I still get motion sickness though

@intheseheels I don't think there has ever been a debate online that has ever resulted in either contestant's favour, just a bunch of yapping at one another. If a person has a belief or ideology it's practically impossible to make them sway in the other direction.
