We need to be clear about something — the occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue doesn’t *want* a deal, he wants *capitulation*. Our government’s concessions on the Digital Services Tax should have been proof enough that appeasement *never* works. When a schoolyard bully comes around to demand your lunch money, the only effective response that the bully will actually *understand* is a knuckle sandwich.
