    Thanks, we were just taliking about that instance in the Hebrew fediverse. See my timeline for it.

    Was asked to block them because their rules call for the annihilation of the country where our instance is based.

    יש גם איסטנסים נאצים. כל עוד הם לא אסהולס אלה רק לא יודעים על מה הם מדברים, נראה לי שאחכה עם פעולה פה. אני גם מעדיף לא להיות זה שיוזם פעולת נגד.

    Does pleroma/soapbox have (or had?) music scrobing capabilities like last.fm?
    I see something about it being deprecated. Found support on a web scrobber firefox addon:

    Well, its only looking at commercial social networks. But for us, the users, all we need is it for it to be sustainable. And the fediverse is sustainable. It lets us create a different kind of social network that does not have those drawbacks.

    My career path is a bit more "everything goes". I started as software integration at Zend, the PHP company (compiling lots of stuff). Then founded my own company working full time on it for 8 years, and just in the past two years (while the company is still running with the other founders) started working as a senior developer. So Its kinda depends what you actually do?

    I think having big open source projects with your name on them not only helps doing better in the world, but also looks good on your resume, its stuff you can show as proof you know what you are doing.
