It always bugged me in FE Awakening how Robin will say "now THAT'S strategy" after one-shotting a guy with a lucky skill proc because it doesn't even rise to the level of tactics, let alone the execution of any sort of high-level strategic goal in the scope of the game's wars. Over the years, though, I've come to accept that Awakening is a game about unit builds rather than tactics. As such, one-shotting guys with lucky skill procs is literally the culmination of the player's strategic goal in unit building. Considering it in this manner has helped me understand. That's strategy, now.
