Yes, the judicial branch should be able to hold the executive branch accountable. Almost like that was supposed to be the point.

@killyourfm I've recently been trying to lean more into music, singing, and song writing, and finding it very difficult to not cringe at myself singing a Danzig song and the first 30 seconds of the song are incrementally increasing enthusiasm YEAs and WOOOs.
I wish they sold that kind of confidence in a pill form that wouldn't get me fired from work.

On the other there were literally posts not to long ago talking about how free spaces like the fediverse have existed before and corporations began with the "helpful" public legitimacy until everyone was using their better funded app to access it and they just closed the door on the walled garden and snipped the open part off.
