What’s the point with the bots on the tags.pub instance? There apparently is one for each hashtag in the Fediverse that has had even some low degree of use? In what way does it work better to follow some foobar@tags.pub account instead of just following the #foobar tag directly? Is there even some malicious intent?

The bots all have the same boilerplate profile: ”Follow me if you're interested in the #foobar hashtag. I'm a global hashtag sharing bot from tags.pub. When content with the #foobar hashtag appears on the Social Web, this account will re-share the content to its followers.”

SJ tells me that my 1st class sleeping-car will be missing tomorrow and I have been downgraded to a (single occupancy) 2nd class compartment instead. Will receive 50% of the price back. (As a code that can be used in future purchases.) Wonder if I can still use the breakfast included in the 1st class reservation, hee hee? #Interrail

The #SJ 2nd class sleeping-car is even more old school than the 1st class ones. Polished hardwood almost everywhere. Elegant mechanical locking lever in the toilet door. Me likes.

The difference compared to the sleeping cars in neighbouring Finland is about 30 years.

@mrundkvist På österbottniska dialekter (tänk KAJ), och antagligen många rikssvenska dialekter också, säger man väl helt enkelt "huleis" som ju är mycket närmare det nynorska ordet.

Och nej, jag orkar nog inte läsa kåseriet. Väldigt ansträngsamt att läsa skriven dialekt. Trots att många väl tycker om sådant. Eller i alla fall låtsas tycka om... mest roligt är det kanske för den som skriver?

Does he leave out that the current applied to the heating coil was precisely variable, and assuming he let the system reach a steady state after each adjustment of the current, the temperature of the piece of germanium could thus be altered?

Also, how was the temperature measured?
