actually wow beej wrote it using the unix system V shared memory objects API instead of the modern POSIX shared memory objects API that was added in the 90s
never mind he doesn't need more bad ideas

@p how much RAM is your Pleroma instance using? and are you able to horizontally scale it? when I finally get around to learning elixir I'll probably work on a patch that lets you do that. no excuse not to scale on the Erlang VM.

@silverpill I see them in my Android notifications list. I clear them from there (I don't use the in-app delete button, as I like to have a log of all my notifications), but then my phone buzzes again later and repeats all of them.
