    Wrong. FSF only requires that distro doesn't recommend or teach people how to install proprietary software in its official documentation and not make it available in its official distribution channels. You can install as much proprietary software as you want in FSF endorsed distros.

    @SuperDicq @Pi_rat Debian includes FDL licensed work in its main repo, if the work does not contain any invariant section. GCC docs probably has some invariant section, it's common in old GNU manuals. Because of this, I don't think they can be re-licensed to CC-BY-SA.
