@sr3 @RealJournalism I despise the conservative doublespeak of cheering on the idea of AI replacing "unskilled" jobs (there's no such thing) but then turning around and telling anyone who's struggling to make ends meet to "just go get a job, Amazon is always hiring."

Last thing I needed was for my mom to come home and chastise me for taking the day off and suggest me and everyone else who took the day off are all lazy because "there's nothing wrong with the roads" while I can look out the window and see the ice and snow still on the road.
