     @selzero also looks corrupt as hell, tho. This is why people hate the government so much. This type of thing happens: shady sale process, advertised only on website, suspiciously short of time before accepting current highest bid, and only competing offer was super lowball by city attorney
     
     And nobody will ever investigate it
