I never watch along because it's too late here in Europe and I'm always just about to go to bed.

But I enjoy seeing all these monsterdon toots scroll past in my home feed, it feels cozy.

And it's fun to see all the remarks without having the context of seeing the movie or even knowing what movie it is about 🤭

I feel kinda bad today, not sure why.
I made a long city walk, now I feel bad and tired 😬
But I think it probably helps later today.

Also I'm sad that my bestie can't walk. If she feels bad, she can't do mental health walkies. She needs to endure while just lying there in the dark. It's so sad and I'm so proud that she manages that shit on a daily basis.

Today, I spoke my mind in 2 different situations where I felt it was apt - which is pretty rare because I'm quite a pleaser 😅 (not sure if that's noticeable online tbh)

I'm trying to not be a pleaser anymore so that's pretty good I think..

One occasion didn't go so well, I got too emotional. The other occasion went really well. I guess both were good practice in their own way.

Now usually when I speak my mind, I feel bad afterwards; I feel guilty about it, even if it was justified. This is annoying, it might turn me off from opening my mouth the next time.

So I need to tell myself that I did well enough.. and that it's okay to make mistakes practicing.. and that that's preferable to not practicing at all. 🙏🏼
