    @get @mischievoustomato @prettygood I'm a girl who loves boys, and sure, taller guys are great. But if he's smaller that means he can push his face into my boobs while standing, so it's a win either way.
    Dating apps suck, getting to know people on fedi is a lot better because you see how they actually act in casual scenarios instead of looking at some made up image of themselves that they do for getting matches.
    People who judge you based on "muh too small" are simply not worth your attention. This is toxic dating app behavior that doesn't apply to normal people that actually want you for more than a hookup.

    rizzing up my current gf felt a bit like 4d chess i stalked her for a week or so to find out if I have a chance, informing the group chat of my findings (i referred to her as "the C girl"). we met on fedi and had only really talked about tech at that point but i read her gay fantasy posts and was crushing hard, also about her being a gentoo + C person

    initially i was assuming i wouldn't have a chance bc I was poly and idk i guess i assumed everyone else is mono

    then some day she made a post something like "girl who makes mechanical keyboards for the polycule" to which i replied with some blobfox bottom emoji then she said she can make me a keyboard and I was like "implying I'm part of your polycule" and she was like "you're cool so it could be arranged"

    (it's funny bc, we've been dating for over a year now, many irl visits, and she still didn't make me a keyboard. well, some day maybe)

    then she slid into my matrix DMs and a few weeks later we were dating
