@skinnylatte How do you have the rice? I had a “Japanese breakfast” in a mall in Honolulu ages ago & loved it soooo much. There was an egg on top and some miso and seaweed and some kind of dried spices mix. So so so good, but I’ve no clue how to make it myself.

Cold cereal is for dinner, IMO, but I like oatmeal, polenta, or even cream of wheat occasionally. Mostly I skip breakfast, but I’m a breakfast all day kind of person. 😂

IMO, we should add practice in sustained attention to school curriculums. I’m hearing that kids who grew up with smartphones/tablets are entering college with low reading ability, having been trained out of directing their own attention by devices telling them what to pay attention to & rewarding compliance.
