Ik heb in elk geval niet gemerkt dat er iets ophield te werken. Maar ik betaal dan ook niet contactloos met de telefoon, en heb die behoefte ook helemaal niet.

@jimcarroll I have little doubt that your editor would fix the typo in the title. And what a perfect title it would be!

@ryanc I don't know much about such tools, but if you're stuck, depending on language, audio quality, number of speakers, etc. it may be a real option to auto-generate new subtitles using whisper.cpp (free!). That produces timestamped subtitle files and has generally excellent quality.

"Well, don't do that then" is usually a no-brainer, but this is the one that nobody seems to understand. Simply don't buy from (too) large companies, let alone market leaders. They will get bigger if you do. @pluralistic writes about the consequences:
