@sun @aral @thatguyoverthere Yemen didn't have its sovereignty violated, they conducted an act of piracy in international waters, which per international laws has *always* meant they basically have no rights and you can go kill them without a trial. It's a bit weird because historically piracy wasn't possible to conduct remotely while on land, but quite legally valid.

Pakistan idk, but Yemen's the worst possible example. Especially since it has no government (being in a civil war).

@drewdevault do you think LSP is conceptually bad, or just bad in specifics of execution? (I'm inferring you think LSP is bad in most use-cases)

@drewdevault neurodiversity is orthogonal to being an asshole. I learned that the hard way, be very careful not to excuse all asshole-ish behaviour with "it's just their mental problems", or they'll use it against you and you'll end up stepping on the rusty nails they left pointing face-up on the living-room floor you both frequently walk through barefoot despite you SPECIFICALLY telling them not to, and then they'll try to gaslight you and act like you're crazy.

@lxo @jwildeboer Saying "NATO wants Ukraine" is ass-backwards. Ukraine wants NATO. Ukraine's fate should be decided by *Ukraine*. What NATO and Russia want is irrelevant, Ukraine is a sovereign country.
