90% of those people were in a literal comatose state with eyes open, most of them couldn't even talk. -

mysterious rika (rikaderufu@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Tuesday, 29-Oct-2024 19:37:19 JST mysterious rika The low births problem it's a big problem mostly because we created a society in which you can be expected to live 90+ years while also being a total burden on the system because now retirement homes exist. So you have like a few amount of working adults having to pay for the healthcare of millions who should just be dead if our culture wasn't obsessed with preserving life even when it's essentially not life anymore -

mysterious rika (rikaderufu@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Tuesday, 29-Oct-2024 19:34:58 JST mysterious rika I mean, this happened before and it always happens when a civilization reaches a plateau in their growth.
People in the west started having less kids in the 70s so it's normal that there are less births now, because there are also objectively less people. -

mysterious rika (rikaderufu@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Tuesday, 29-Oct-2024 01:30:41 JST mysterious rika I literally have an ex school mate who can get away with this because she's a 9/10. She's still a uni student and every x months she's on a 4 weeks vacation all around Europe or in tropical places. At first I thought I was failure since I could never afford that, then I learned that she changes boyfriend every once in a while and he pays for everything -

mysterious rika (rikaderufu@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Friday, 18-Oct-2024 22:59:36 JST mysterious rika I don't doubt it, but then why nowadays a lot of women complain about men not even being able to notice when it's time to throw the trash out? Or why do they seem completely unable to fold and put away their own clothes? What caused this? I know not _all men_ are like this but I experienced this first hand with my father and brother. -

mysterious rika (rikaderufu@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Friday, 18-Oct-2024 22:45:32 JST mysterious rika The main issue with this IMO is the fact that in the last 100/150 years the role of the woman was redefined (rightly so, because the "traditional" woman role is unrealistic and unsustainable today, unless you are down to redefine society and economy as a whole, which is also unrealistic) but the traditional role of the man kept being the same, so it slowly became irrelevant.
I think a good solution would be to redefine the role of the man as one who's involved in nurturing and family _as much_ as the woman, while _also_ being a provider. This is what most western women are already doing most of the time, there's a reason why one of the most popular discourse topics on the "woman sphere" is complaining about how men don't contribute enough to households, because they don't do anything regarding house chores and taking care of the kids, while women work full time and take care of all the rest. And this happens while also taking into account that most men want women to work, otherwise they are seen as "gold diggers", not to count that women have a right to work in order to protect themselves, in case their partner decides to ditch them eventually. -

mysterious rika (rikaderufu@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Wednesday, 25-Sep-2024 23:42:26 JST mysterious rika I wouldn't call this misogyny, it's objective that women tend to collectively gather towards the most popular opinions. This now happens to be civil rights, i.e. apologism towards criminals of any color except white, so women will enact virtue signaling to be perceived as part of the majority. Women are naturally more vulnerable so of course they have to rely on this tactic. In the west you can get away with calling this "empathy" because the culture heavily pushes for "civil rights", but in cultures that are still patriarchal women actively participate in the discrimination of other women and/or races. -

You can find academic essays from like 15 years ago that say FC is a masculinity deconstruction but ok, I still don't get your point -

mysterious rika (rikaderufu@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Friday, 30-Aug-2024 03:07:40 JST mysterious rika My point is that there are examples of right wing movies/media, the problem is that RWers don't care or only a minimum part care, and those same movies end up being discussed more in leftists circles.
They don't care because they think every piece of media made in the west is leftist propaganda (true for some things, but not for everything). -

Bro, leftists literally write essays about how it's a deconstruction of masculinity and literally love that movie. Are you for real?
