@PeterRobison @multiverseofbadness Plex lifestyle for me. Pluto is nice but I can never really get too into it (me reasons, not Pluto).

@multiverseofbadness I wonder if the nostalgia is based around the “experience” that people assume to have existed by going to blockbuster.

Driving to the store, wandering around looking at the movies, getting the terrible microwave popcorn they sold, movie night, etc.

In that sense, I can kinda understand as it seems more “lived” than sitting on the couch mindlessly scrolling through Netflix for hours but oof. Mindlessly wandering up and down the aisles of blockbuster and then driving home with your plan-z selection was irritating

@multiverseofbadness holy cow yes. There was a brief moment when blockbuster was nice but then it was all 8000000 copies of the same video taking up 3 walls and like 50 other videos.

I liked being able to rent Super Nintendo games tho.

Tumblr could be Medium if it tried really hard.

I am, once again, not thrilled with the state of things.

@BeAware it wouldn’t be about making a claim but more about reporting its potential as a potential violation. Much like you can report “inappropriate” images and it doesn’t matter who you are.

Obviously this would be weaponized immediately so, you know, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
