I've been struggling with chronic fatigue myself as you have seen me mention

The only answer is rest for me

Well I've been seeing other stuff that I'm going to try but rest, no stress, no over exertion and a lot of different herbs And for me it's literally communing with my brain to tell it to not allow my knee to ache or to allow myself to recognize My emotional state and that it is affecting me

Keeping a vision of my ideal self helps the healing

@HeavenlyPossum I've heard the term end stage poverty for when you just can't afford the things that you need to stay alive It's usually applied to homeless people but I think of it in terms of myself having been struggling to keep the voice alive for decades as a person living in squalor
