Snrk. At one of my jobs, they made us sit through an entire BS Thang on 'Computer Security'. My question was never covered: What happens if I take my work laptop across a border and the TSA/FBI/CIA/who Fsking Knows asks me if it has child porn on it?

I asked but never got a reply. I figured if that happened, I would answer truthfully: I Don't Know. ( they were Windows laptops, and not my property )

Years ago I added the following lines to my .env file:

#Go one directory over in same subdir system/
g () {
cd ../$1
}

#Go TWO directories up and over
gg () {
cd ../../$1
}

Added Bonus: with the "." argument,, these commands just jump up a level or two. They don't save a lot of keystrokes individually, but considering how often I perform those operations, they add up quickly.
