   First time having sex with my boyfriend and he purposefully ripped the posh knickers that I'd bought that day. I resented this throughout the entire intercourse. He still talks about how good the first time was. I still think about how much they cost me.

     And I don't say that to rip (pun intended) into your BF. Rather if that's how you start a relationship then it's going to get worse.

     (Even I almost asked “are the straights OK?”, but I don't know who the OP is. Still in my mind this is such a memic “straight” behaviour.)
