In general partners tend to have a lot of needs and expectations, that I personally do not need to be content in a relationship. So the balance of what I have to put in vs. what I get out of it make it not worth it for me.

Finding a partner where having relationship sounds actually mutually beneficial is not easy for me.

They are often misguided and have the wrong priorities focusing on how to best secure (often centralized) systems that are already flawed by design. Very often focusing on protecting people from threats that the average Joe shouldn't have to worry about it.

I much prefer hanging out with the software and information freedom crowd, who instead focus on designing trustless and decentralized systems instead.
