I used a really good Latin OCR tesseract model, and using fabric I’m piping each of the OCR’d Latin into gpt-oss:20b (running locally on my m4 pro) and yeah it takes a bit but we are 25 pages in and it’s mostly coherent and readable.
It’s translating a Catholic text which has never been translated into English. I’m sure not all will go smoothly but testing between different models they all seem to agree that a literalish translation is happening.

As an aside; it’s hilarious to see the model crash out when it gets thoroughly confused

I will say that a greatly compelling point for Orthodoxy over any other denomination of Christianity is the fact that they distribute the only modern Bible (widely) which has both the Septuagint alongside the New Testament.
Even the RCs have moved away from the LXX in current times.
The only issue is that they use and lean a bit too much on the NKJV which causes issues like with Psalm 23 where they correctly get the first part of "Your cup overflows" where it should be "your cup cheers me".
This could have something to do with differing manuscripts however I have not found any concrete evidence of this.
The reason why the LXX is important is because the early church used it exclusively after the Apostles, so it seems a bit "off" when you read the Masoretic Text.
Essentially showing that they were not duped by Rabbis and Jesuits who would play a little fast and loose with the Bible to own le Christians (attempts to conceal the Incarnation, as well as salvation for the Gentiles, etc.).
[Attached is the infamous (looking) symbol found in the Leningrad Codex, which is an authoritative MT source; which is the most referenced text when translating most modern Bibles lol]

Gavin McInnes talking to Nick Fuentes is wild. The only way Gavin would ever talk to him in [current year] is if the antisemitism is just TOO DAMN HIGH!

I completed End Times by Chuck Smith (100 pg. little booklet) and I will say that while the church he started knows Christ didn't come back in 1988 (second coming) they apparently still hold to all the other theories he posited.
It was disturbing, well meaning, but globalists talking points were in there aplenty.

@dcc I love how in all of our writings and musings of the future, a few dumbasses with access to a heuristic probability model are the ones who are the author of their own undoing. We had so many cool ideas and dystopian fantasies, reality is fake and gay.
Not very romantic tbh
