You are being lied to.

Don't even take my word for it, I challenge the moderator to find even a single example of a problematic post anywhere on our server, and he couldnt.

He already admitted in another thread we were blocked because he adopted an incredibly abusive block list because he was too lazy to moderate himself. Bunch of threads cropped up of past Universeodon users who were upset and reports of this moderators abuse has been surfacing.

In fact multiple people have even stood up since then pointing out how we **Strictly** moderate hate speech, and our timeline clearly shows that.

He has ignored all of it and even when having all the proof in the world he just keeps saying "well no one complained when we blocked you" even though tons of people have.

Your moderator is lying to you. Just go look at our timeline, dont need to take my word.

Note in my screen shots where I answered you you can clearly see hate speech is one of the rules we block for as well. So I offered you proof that debunked both claims of CSAM **and** racism, and despite that you ignored it.

Again, care to address why you are specifically spreading lies I showed you proof are incorrect and lies?

Address this and ill tell you every account thats an alt of mine you'd like to ask about.

Huh? Not only do we block racists, we have actively blocked tons of them and explicitly state we will do so in our rules.

Can you give an example of a racist that has ever showed up on our instance (been boosted or has an account there) that didnt get blocked, even just one? I'll wait.

Nope, that has been manipulated. In fact when he messaged me we specifically added CSAM to our rule list when he brought it up... took us about 5 minutes after he asked. In the actual message he was told 5 minutes later that our rules were updated and he was thanked.

Attached is a picture showing explicitly in our current rules where this is not true.

You asked me if JoePie91 image posts of what I said were real. I said they were manipulated and showed you proof they were false. Then you said because I addressed CSAM rather than racism that "proves" to you im guilty.

Can you explain that to me first, then ill be happy to answer any questions you'd like to ask of me.

Note: we announced blocking tools specifically so can add more aggressive tiered blocking that is better than the way we do it now.

@wild1145 For reference and transparency, he posted this literally as a direct result of threads blowing up where it has effected his user base. In that and other threads users have all started coming forward to highlight the laziness and lack of due diligence in their moderators handling of moderation issues.

In the thread that caused you to make this post there are literally people responding who are or were members of your server who are actively calling you out for you abusing your own users for criticizing you.

Its easy to get 0 users complaining when you block users from your server and refuse to respond to them anytime they criticize your choices.

You posted this because of a thread of your own users have come forward to call you out...

I mean, for starters I have an account there, so yea I know. Second all the people coming forward calling you out about your abusive moderation is another clue.

I am not talking out of my ass, everything I said I backed up with data (charts) and actual accounts from your users as they are coming forward.

Make up whatever excuses you want, the community is exposing you as we speak... Your user count speaks for itself.

WOW you guys switched to this **incredibly** abusive list that is based, partly, on the mastodon.art list which is notoriously abusive and does absolutely no due diligence.

Very disappointed in Universeodon at making such an abusive and negligent decision. One of the things that got them respected int he community is they used to be one of the few servers who actually did due diligence on their moderation.

I will be announcing this to the UFoI next meeting.

The fact that the active user count on your instance has dropped by 75% in the last half a year or so and has continually dropped every single day for the last 6 months it would seem to suggest this is not true.

In fact it suggests your user base is quite unhappy and leaving in record numbers. Say what you will but the facts say otherwise.

And your response is a demonstration of that. Instead of **manually** and selectively blocking CSAM from the oliphant list you mass imported **abusively** blocking tons of innocent servers out of laziness. The fact that have some legitimate CSAM on their list is not an excuse for your lazy and abusive mass importing of list known to be abusive in its own right, full stop.

Let me be quite clear, What i thin is the reason is your negligent moderation practices a a whole. What I am saying is the case is for 6+ months you have been negligent and abusive (not doing due diligence caring more about popular opinion than what is right) to curate your block list, including from your own users.

You have been so negligent in your duties your user base has been running for the hills. This list is the last bad move.
