But also I think they won't trade him unless they get what they want. They don't need to trade him and the cap hit and term are manageable, especially with the cap rising. Ideally he's a 3rd liner who does anything you want. If they don't trade him, move him back to the wing.

#Flyers Scott Laughton's name is coming up again in #NHL trade rumors. My thought is that Danny Briere doesn't move him at the deadline unless he gets a ridiculously stupid offer, and then actively shops him at the draft. Trading him at the draft allows the team to complete the season and let the new core, however they define that, be ready for the next season.

I'm basically only ever to watch the third period of games with the wait they fall during the kiddos bedtime. That said Jamie Drysdale and Morgan Frost really looked great tonight.

Welp it looks like no comeback for the #Flyers tonight. The losing streak grows to 3 games. That was a vintage effort from v the Lightning to close out the game. The names may have changed but their game stayed the same as it was during their peak.

@stumblewyk I told myself this homestand is probably the best way to tell of they're legitimately a playoff team with games against Dallas and Colorado. Well they just convincingly beat Dallas 5-1... I'm not sure there's an outcome of the Colorado game that could make me believe they aren't a playoff team now...
