Wolverines demolish their competition.
Toledo Rockets demolish their competition.
Lions beat the shit out of the Bears.
Colts beat the Broncos and Daniel Jones is the legit starting QB we've been waiting for.
What a weekend of football!

After two weeks of Wolverines and one week of Lions, I think I'm done with football for the year.
(I'll be watching football again next weekend like the addict I am.)

If I were to make a Superman video game it'd be open-world, probably just Metropolis, but maybe a few smaller zones. But, the focus should be on Metropolis. Start the game off with nothing able to hurt Superman as the player gets used to controlling Superman and using his powers. Eventually, as the player gets more used to him, you start throwing in some challenges.

Namely, goons with kryptonite weapons, starting small and not that threatening at first, later becoming far more dangerous weapons.
Then, also introducing enemies, especially bosses, who get buffed by Superman's powers when in contact with them. In addition, big bosses, especially near the end, who are powerful and can go toe to toe with Superman and hurt him without Kryptonite.

The more collateral damage: the Metropolis is harmed, and the closer you are to failure. The main challenge is in that. Keeping Metropolis and its citizens as safe as possible. Basically, you have to be aware at all times of how you're using your powers and what the consequences of using them in a situation are. VIllains who are buffed by your powers are an extension of that philosophy.

Oh, and, if you use too much of his powers, he gets weak and passes out. The game will be generous with how much of his powers you can use at a time, but you should be punished for solely relying on his powers. Even then, though, the main challenge is not letting Metropolis fall to evil forces. A part of that is minimizing collateral damage.

If you do enough damage, citizens, law enforcement, and possibly even military, turn on you. Also, if enough of Metropolis is damaged or citizens killed, you fail the game/missions.

Just finished watching the live-action HTTYD and yeah, it was good. Definitely not a masterpiece like the original, but definitely good. Started off shaky but got better as it went on. Nick Frost sucked as Gobber, though. Gabriel Howell as Snotlout was a standout. I really don't understand the criticism of Astrid that everyone seems to have, though, which is that she has little to no emotion and doesn't deliver the lines well.

Sure, there's a few she struggled with, but I really thought she was a standout in the film. Idc if people think I'm crazy for that. I think y'all had just determined beforehand you weren't going to like her.

Tbh, I think a LOT of criticisms I've seen and heard boil down to, "I was already determined to be against this film, therefore, nothing would've pleased me" instead of taking it for what it is. That, or, "It's different, therefore, bad". Not good lenses to critique something through.

You know you live in Indiana when you go to the Farmer's Market and two of the biggest selling points are raw milk products, non-vaccinated meat, and there's InfoWars graffiti.
