@kjetil_kilhavn @levampyre @wolf480pl @alter_unicorn @nash I disagree with "no-one has been able to make it work in practice." The world has seen many "great strides." In much of Europe, we see progress. Pre-Reagan, some 40 years in the U.S.

But as long as "simplistic" viewers trash Capitalism, without any replacement, we're a bit divided.😐

And not in a good way.😎

If I read this correctly, the objective is "to let the perfect be the enemy of the good." I'm not familiar with many forms of "perfect" in our human way of doing things. This thought calls to mind a key term from my country's Constitution:

"A more perfect union." All us linguistic-type people Know that "perfect" is an absolute term, not relative. And yet, our Constitution.

I'll take Capitalism and hope We improve.😎

I recently read that, in the run up to the Russian/Communist revolutions, no planning was made for what to do After. Once the revolution was won, no plans:

Confidence in the merits of Communism—faith in the power of the People—was so strong, it was assumed that society would just fall wonderfully into place.

Most of us know how That turned out.🤨

Your post is undermined by the use of the term, "genocide." You can use any of a number of a different, accurate terms. To call the deaths of 2% of a population a "genocide," in relation to the actions of the people of Israel, is a provocative piece of garbage.

Doesn't it strike you as odd, that "genocide" is the term that is used? Don't you wonder if you are being Used, by propaganda?

No, I'm confident you don't. Myself, I'm ready for Middle East peace. Not word-bombing.😐
