Considering that Activision no longer knows how to create FPS without trying to copy Fortnite, here's what to expect from the next season of Call of Duty, Black Smurfs 6 😑
Då "fitness-appar" varit på tapeten "ganska länge" (t ex när amerikansk militärs närvaro kunde påvisas "där det inte skulle finnas någon"), hur f-n kan memot inte nått SÄPO? 🤔 WTF?! Jag har säkert missat något... 😑🇸🇪
It'd be interesting to track US prices for 50-100 items from January 1 2025 to December 31 2025; like smartphones, US made cars, imported cars, laptops, US made beer, imported beer, general groceries, gasoline and diesel 🧐
At the same time also tracking US unemployment and the stock exchange.
I mean, we all know these numbers will look great! It'll probably be the best numbers we've ever seen. Because. You know ... 😑
I need a translation, from "Engrish" to "English", please ... 🤔🥸 It's like a never ending stream of sewage, of horseshit ... I'm thinking this is some sort of strategy ... talk rubbish for as long as possible so that people just fall asleep.
@GossiTheDog "Mastodon" really needs to get cracking on full data portability, IMHO.
It's a shame this hasn't been pushed higher up on the list of things to do.
I think many people have invested quite a bit of time and effort into their posts and profiles, and moving all that data, or somehow managing a switch-over doesn't seem to be that simple, if at all possible.
Reading this really makes me realize how important education is. For everyone 🤔🧐 And it's not just the comment about "illegal border crossings". I'm not all that surprised that there are, shall we say, "issues".
"Remarks by President Trump before Cabinet Meeting"
The data is stored in an SQL database. I've started to encrypt the (sensitive parts of) data at rest. So I need to do in-memory comparisons and sorting.
Normally, I would compare w/all umlauts, etc, but in this particular case, I want to get a match on "vårsol" when I'm searching for "vårsol" or "varsol". And this matching is, after decryption, done in the application layer.
(And I don't want to use specific database functionality to handle all this.)
@tomjennings I think everyone doing "coding" (not assembling and pulling copies of repos into their stuff) these days would benefit from a two week course, where they get to hang out with some "old-timer" and do some actual coding!
