   @tomjennings I think everyone doing "coding" (not assembling and pulling copies of repos into their stuff) these days would benefit from a two week course, where they get to hang out with some "old-timer" and do some actual coding!

     I spent all day writing 8080 code and I really really enjoyed it.

     I like it when the goal of software is speed and compactness and readability and function and not worrying about portability or standardization (commercial problems), but clear clean function towards an achievable goal. It's so refreshing.
