Maybe the thing I love most about this platform or modern social media is that we can openly talk about our mental health struggles without stigma. TBH I'm not really okay, but, that's okay. I have a support network and I appreciate you all.

@BeAware Most of the people I interact with IRL are kind, but I can't even convince my own family to vote in their own self interest.

The problem is that I don't imagine a future in which I'm happy. So I don't care whether I live or die. So I go on, begrudgingly.

I think I just got blocked by an account that I got along with until suddenly we didn't. I don't really understand what happened, but obviously I did something wrong.

Most of the YouTube channels I follow make documentaries or exposes, which makes it wild how often one calls out sponsors of the other for being shady. Take, for example, BetterHelp. Lots of endorsed sponsorships, LOTS of critique. It doesn't help build trust in any of them.

I just realized I've eaten an insane amount of fiber today, and I'm bracing myself for the aftermath.

I was late to work, but in my defense I had to negotiate with (only slightly) unexpected traffic. Still, my commute is probably prettier than yours. #Alaska #Winter #Trail #Moose
