I've muted a bunch of people, all from other servers, after looking through their posts and finding nothing of value.
I agree with William about echo chambers, but Feral Housewife brings up a good point about posting rates, it does drown out a lot of other stuff. I only have so much time to spend dicking around on NAS...
But the home feed is sort of a solution to this, I can get through my follows first and then wade through the Live Feed.

@cake suggested a rate limit of 5 posts an hour. It might improve the quality of NAS, and we're already limited to 500 characters so it's not crazy. Limiting posts, but not replies maybe?

Yeah, for 3 bucks it's hard to compete. Doesn't take much of your time trying to make more of it for it to be cheaper to just buy more.

I think this is intentional; that it's impossible to transition to electric vehicles is the point.
