theres dumbasses on twitter talking about how the macos app installation ux is bad. but i feel like that is very silly and it irritates me. i think assuming ppl are dumbasses and dont know how to use computers, dont know any of the metaphors, and therefore cannot at all figure out what a folder is, what the applications folder is, what a dmg is, what dragging and dropping the app into the applications folder does, etc, is viciously pessimistic

@chjara ngl the nhs is so scuffed, outcomes so terrible and staff are paid so little, that introducing programmes like other european countries have would be best. ie small upfront costs or decentralizing hospitals or utilizing private, independent hospitals and pay them with government insurance. like the problem with the tories is that they did nothing but cut and fill their own pockets. they didnt even change or privatize anything!! the current centralized model just sucks ass!!!!
