calm engine ✨ sinkuchan@chjara ngl the nhs is so scuffed, outcomes so terrible and staff are paid so little, that introducing programmes like other european countries have would be best. ie small upfront costs or decentralizing hospitals or utilizing private, independent hospitals and pay them with government insurance. like the problem with the tories is that they did nothing but cut and fill their own pockets. they didnt even change or privatize anything!! the current centralized model just sucks ass!!!!
