I have suffered with bad insomnia for a while and now I have been prescribed pills that finally work except they make my ass hurt really bad and I keep seeing my Doctor's car parked on my block the morning after I take them... is this a normal side effect?

@s2208 yeah its just a supplement so you can buy it from multiple online suppliers, I use Forefront Health. I would start with 100 mg a day and be sure to eat enough and get good sleep, it will boost your appetite a whole lot especially for sugar and if you don't eat a lot it makes you feel like dogshit. Despite eating much more (5 full meals a day + as much ice cream and OJ as I want) I haven't gained weight though because of the metabolic effects.

@s2208 I would not do steroids/test if I were you, many hormones are made in the thyroid gland so you can take desiccated thyroid pills, and combined with eating natural sources of sugar it boosts testosterone a lot according to ray peat and my own experience. I have upped my natural sugar intake mainly thru fruits, honey, and juices and have been taking thyroid and it works great, lifts are up, I have tons of energy, focus, confidence, libido, etc. Exogenous testosterone is extremely volatile and the only people who use it without wrecking their bodies and turning into a faggot or tranny like Bruce Jenner put full time effort into managing steroid cycles to mitigate the side effects. Peating > Roiding/testosterone.

@RealRaul What pisses me off is that waiters expect the tip to be the same regardless of the price of the bill or how fancy the restaurant is, for example if you eat with a group of 4 at a fancy steakhouse and the bill comes out to $240, they will expect 15 percent of that for like 1-2 hours of 'work' which consists of occasionally refilling drinks and checking in on your table or whatever. Nigger I am not paying a $35+ dollar tip for that level of work. You are expecting more $$$ per hour than software engineers, some lawyers, etc. for carrying out food, refilling drinks, and making small talk, entitled retards.
