Do fedi moderators have a tool that allows them too see accounts on their instance getting blocked at a higher than average rate and can go look at maybe the 6σ level accounts for shenanigans?

Are you on iOS? I am on Android and I get notifications and do not lose my place.

I don't understand why #PWA (progressive web apps) aren't more prevalent. But then I'm not a web dev.

Is it really that much more difficult to provide? Is it more work than developing a totally separate native app for Android and iOS in addition to your web site??

When I first came to #fediverse I found these were the best PWAs I'd seen. I still use the #mastodon PWA instead of any app. I feel like the other #fedi software has de-emphasized #PWAs. Having parity between web and PWA is great.

I can understand why, if you meet monetization goals and are making money on #YouTube, why you'd not want to dilute your viewership with another platform like #PeerTube if earning is your goal.

But until or unless you get monetized (which isn't easy), I can't understand why you wouldn't *also* post on an ad free platform like PeerTube to promote yourself, at least until you start making money. Until then, your viewers are only making money for YouTube and enduring ads in order to watch.

I have made a habit of listening to @radiofreefedi while scrolling the #fediverse. I am finding that this "soundtrack" really helps to give this place a distinctive sense of "place".

After listening over a period of time, I have developed a collection of "old favorites". But #radioFreeFedi also adds new music all of the time. As a result, the "time decor" around here feels familiar AND fresh at once.
