I just found out that my brand-new congressman, Josh Riley (D-NY19) voted Yes on Laken-Riley. This is a terrible piece of anti-immigrant legislation. Only 48 Dems voted for it. I just called and gave his voicemail a piece of my mind. I do not want my rep 'shifting to the right' or playing nice with Rs, I want him fighting them with everything he's got. @GottaLaff This is gross and alarming. The silver lining is of course that if Trump loses, there is some serious permanent damage done to the RNC. On the other hand, that's a mighty big "IF".
