Catching up on old No Agenda episodes. Just heard Adam and John got a care package from Death (the band). They are a big deal in the world of death metal. Hugely influential. So far that makes 3 bands that I know are No Agenda producers. Death, Dance Gavin Dance, and Weezer. Great selection!

The 2nd bottle I never put in the fridge. But it had stopped fermentation too. I added more yeast and put in on the shelf next to the window. Since then it's been bubbling very well. Way better than any other bottle I've made. This one had 200g of sugar, so it should be incredibly strong by now.

Time: 3 weeks, + 1-2 weeks.

So I prepped 2 bottles to be due on the 24th after 3 weeks. I put this bottle in the fridge as planned. But when I tried it for Christmas it was way too sweet. I was a bit concerned because it did look like fermentation stopped early. So I took it out of the fridge and added some more yeast as a hail Mary. A few days ago it stopped again, so I put it in the fridge. Trying it tonight, it's a killer! Dark and stormy. High alcohol.
