If Adam doesn't want to be associated with us anymore, I'm embarrassed that he has abandoned the principles that we all gathered around in the first place. Suck it up @adam and stop being a pussy. @Sabex I'm not ready to give up on them yet. NA is like an old friend. Sure, an old friend going through a bit of a rough patch but they are still worth my time.

@cook well when I think it's had enough fermenting I just put it in the fridge as is. After about 24 hours the cloudiness goes away. But the first glass always has a slightly off taste.

#HootchReview just had a sip of my >5 week, 200G cider. oooof that hit's hard. I'd say 10-12% alcohol based on the buzz. Taste wasn't great, but I find they take a while to settle after you put them in the fridge.
