     @Sophistifunk @Sabex quick, somebody look up a chart of seed oil consumption in the US, in particular showing the approval of rapeseed ("canola") oil in 1985. Oh, and glyphosate usage. And childhood vaccine schedule modifications.

     I'm not sure which one caused fat + retardation, but one (or more) of them probably did.

     I eat food that is made of actual identifiable ingredients. Not a bunch of numbers and lab products, with modified fats.

     I realise that 90% of what I eat, I can identify every part of the food. Oats, nuts, chicken, beef, milk, coffee beans, fruits and vegetables.

     I almost never buy pasta and gravy sauces, and pre-made sugar drinks.

     A bottle or can of sauce is not meant to be half the meal. Real food is not pasta and a slice of carrot floating in sauce.
