@ned @Sabex oh well I’m running my own instance for over a year now. But fedi stuff relies on the whim of the admin. I guess run your own is an alternate.

@Sophistifunk @Sabex cool the tbone a couple of mins (in butter or coconut oil) on each side, take off heat, in fat cook onion, mushroom, spinach. Once cooked down add steak back, cover with veg and slices of cheddar and mozzarella.

Cook a couple more minutes with the lid on, serve with jalapeños.
