     @Sophistifunk @Sabex cool the tbone a couple of mins (in butter or coconut oil) on each side, take off heat, in fat cook onion, mushroom, spinach. Once cooked down add steak back, cover with veg and slices of cheddar and mozzarella.

     Cook a couple more minutes with the lid on, serve with jalapeños.

     @Sophistifunk @Sabex it’s the best I’ve got. A big ass steak and some veg and chili. If I ever get to actual Philadelphia I’m sure I’m learn what they are really like.
