@joeo10 @SwiftOnSecurity @AAKL DNS based blocking will never be enough, when the owners of the internet (Google, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft) are the same companies tracking you and serving you ads. You need to control the browser to have a chance to differentiate between good and bad traffic.

@GossiTheDog I'm intent on giving it a try at some point, but open world games aren't really my cup of tea, and with Ubisoft games you always expect them to rapidly decline in price soon after release. Hasn't really happened with this one, but it still invites people to wait.

@brainblasted the only ones I know of that are building their own index are mojeek. If you don't mind using google etc. indexes, searxng instances offer a lot of customisability and flexibility

@aral I hope those basic usability issues will get resolved when some maintainers will have access to the device as well. I know @elementary's founder is expecting hers soon at least :)

@aral @Professor_Stevens Plasma on my Steam Deck running Bazzite (Fedora-based atomic distro) seems to work fine with touch. Touch targets seem a bit small, but it's also just a 7-inch, 800p screen.
